I am total newbie to excel vba and I am working on a project in which in which I have change the shape colour based on the time of the day for example if it is midnight the shape color should be yellow and if it is 6 O'Clock in the morning the shape colour should be green etc. Once the bottom section white boxes have ALL been filled out, it is an indication that the complete step was finished including a full inspection, and I want the light to turn green on the roadmap page

So, if I create a second "aro3" and "text3" and then try to group them and rename the group to "arotext3" I get an error because a group with the same name is already present.
