Point Lookout takes the base game's filter, cranks it Up to Eleven, and adds a thick green haze (likely to hide the lack of detail beyond the playable parts of the map). This can become troublesome if you find a quest giver or merchant in the wilderness being attacked by something, as you will want to make sure they live so you can at least finish the quest

For those who don't know, Fallout is Bethesda's post apocalyptic RPG, taking a place in the USA after it's been destroyed by a nuclear war sometime in the 1950s. There are a few ways around this: By looking at the label on the bottle; the regular Nuka-Cola bottle's label is red, and its emblem is styled to look like that of a Coca-Cola bottle. With the Quantum Chemist perk added by the Broken Steel add-on, every 10 normal (not ice cold) Nuka-Colas that you have in your inventory automatically become one bottle of Quantum

Just like Nuka-Cola Quantum in bottles, the Quantum flood here is slightly irradiated, but you have no choice but to press through (if you're especially prone to the effects of radiation, consider RadAway and Rad-X your best friends here). She's really obsessed with Nuka-Cola, but she's really, really obsessed with Nuka-Cola Quantum, a product you've no doubt run into many times on your journey
