Just to be clear, these are not apps you just install on your Apple Watch, these are apps you install on your iPhone and then have the option of accessing from your watch. Do you have the new Apple Watch? If so, have you used it yet to pay with Apple Pay? I wonder how many people actually have banks that work with Apple Pay
Why not get the iPhone Configuration Utility, install it, and then when you get your settings the way that actually works, do a backup with that utility and then in the future, when it gets broken (again!) just connect your iPhone to your computer, fire up the iPCU, and remove the existing profile, and restore it back to the one you want.
