Talking through Serana's dialogue tree in the Soul Cairn may cause her to stay in one place instead of following you, as if you had ordered her to wait (which you cannot do in the Soul Cairn). After completing the Dawnguard main questline, she can normally be found at these same two locations, although you will occasionally randomly encounter her in the wilds of Skyrim, where she can be recruited to follow you again

It seems pretty heartless, but hey, you're dealing with the prince of destruction here -what did you expect? You can kill Silus any way you like; he won't put up a fight and goes down easily. Historically, Boethiah was responsible for convincing the Chimer - the ancestors of the Dunmer - to separate from their Aldmer cousins and settle in Morrowind

If you ask him about the Elder Scroll, you will be sent to a Dwarven ruin (easily the largest ruin I have encountered, incidentally) to transcribe a lexicon. I prefer Volundrung, a beast whose attack power would suggest it is weak, but swings like a Greatsword rather than a Warhammer and sucks a hefty chunk of stamina with each hit

If deemed pertinent, I will try and help where I see fit regardless of date because there could be someone thinking about buying it tomorrow, so they will be new to it. Anyways, Skyrim is retarded because when I got to level 100 smithing I tried to unlock the Daedric perk, but I would have had to go up the right side of the star perk chain to get that
